Burgh Island with its famous (an episode of Poirot was filmed there) and eccentric art deco hotel, which is inked to the mainland by a tidal causeway. The island is just off the coast by Bigbury-on-Sea. It is a very beautiful location, with golden sand beaches. I took this photo from the rocks at the far end of Bantham Beach.
